ABOUT YOU
We believe in nurturing exceptional talent and empowering our team to do their best work. As part of our Marketing Team, you'll have the freedom to experiment, push creative boundaries, and refine your craft with the support and feedback you need to thrive. Our culture is grounded in our core values — Environment, Impact, Adventure, and Togetherness — and we’re looking for someone who embodies these. If you’re driven by purpose, excited to use your skills to tell compelling stories, and ready to make a real impact, we can’t wait to meet you!
We’re looking for someone who is:
Passionate about the environment and protecting the natural world.
Committed to creating communications that connect people to the planet.
Motivated by purpose – every word, post, and message should create impact.
Organised and detail-oriented, with strong written communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ambitious, curious, and eager to learn professionally and personally.
Sees creativity and marketing as a journey of exploration and storytelling.
Warm, collaborative, and kind — a real team player.
Confident in connecting with people from all walks of life.
And let’s be honest, you must be really nice too. Sharing snacks on long journeys or a packed lunch whilst out in the driving rain is mandatory!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll be right at the heart of our communications, turning ideas into action and helping keep the storytelling engine running. One day you might be drafting posts for Instagram, the next helping coordinate a book launch event or pulling together insights from a recruitment campaign. You’ll bring creativity, organisation, and curiosity to the table, making sure our communications land with impact. This is a chance to roll up your sleeves, learn fast, and play a vital part in connecting people to the story of landscape-scale conservation.

ABOUT US
We’re building the UK’s first genuine Natural Capital portfolio - acquiring large landscapes, restoring them, and creating investable Natural Capital products like premium carbon credits, biodiversity units, renewable energy partnerships, and ecotourism experiences (you can check them out at Oxygen Escapes).
In just four years, we’ve grown to a valuation of around £300m with 50,000+ acres owned and helped connect over half a million acres for nature.
Our mission is simple: prove that restoring ecosystems can deliver transformative environmental, social, and financial returns.
Our work hasn’t gone unnoticed. In 2022, we were named Start-Up of the Year at the Business Leader South West Awards, followed by Team of the Year at the 2023 Edie Awards and our nature fundings agreement with Triodos won ESG Deal of the Year at the 2024 Insider South West Dealmakers Awards. Our founder and CEO, Dr Rich Stockdale, is featured in the ENDS Power List as one of the top 100 UK environmental professionals driving significant impact, and was shortlisted for Edie’s Leader of the Year Award in 2024.
