ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Join our small, friendly team in a stunning nature reserve! You’ll work alongside a supportive crew, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, comfortable stay. Most changeovers happen Mon, Wed & Fri (10:00–16:00), with flexible 2-3 day shifts per week. Extra hours are available in peak season when we all pitch in to deliver excellence! 

You'll also be part of an on-call rota for occasional evening or weekend cover—think guest greetings, minor fixes, or restocking firewood (don’t worry, it's rare!).

  • Flexible with hours and routine changes. 

  • IT-literate for online timesheets and task lists. 

  • Housekeeping or camping/glamping experience is a bonus, but training is provided. 

  • Most importantly – be kind, friendly and team player who loves what they do! 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Work with the Team Lead to complete daily housekeeping tasks efficiently. 

  • Clean and prepare accommodations, ensuring high standards that exceed guest expectations and uphold our reputation, but do not worry we are here to help and will provide detailed and clear checklists. 

  • Carry out changeover duties, including bed-making, bins, hot tubs, fire pits and pizza ovens. 

  • Perform pre-arrival and post-departure checks, promptly reporting any damage/issues. 

  • Maintain organised and well-stocked cleaning kits and storage areas. 

  • Report health & safety concerns and ensure guest areas align with brand standards. 

  • Ensuring all supplies are restocked to ensure smooth operation and guest experience.  

  • Assist with guest greetings and provide on-call cover on a rota basis. 

  • Help with pre/post-season site setup and other delegated duties.
