Job description
Do you love bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, and seeing the power of nature to inspire connection? At Oxygen Conservation, we’re inspired by Will Guidera’s Unreasonable Hospitality – the belief that extraordinary experiences happen when we go beyond what’s expected and find magic in the details. As our Team Coordinator Intern, you’ll be our very own Dreamweaver: crafting the itineraries, frameworks and tools that will help us create team events that connect people to each other, our estates and to our purpose.

ABOUT YOU
At Oxygen Conservation, we’re Scaling Conservation - buying land to restore ecosystems, protect biodiversity, and create positive environmental and social impact. But we’re also scaling something equally powerful: an unreasonable culture. We’re a business that doesn’t just go to a restaurant when we’re together, we have a wonderful seasonal meal in a former cattle shed overlooking the stunning Scottish scenery or have an open fire Viking feast under dark skies and thousands of fairy lights.
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organised, and eager to learn. You’ll bring creativity, warmth, and curiosity to every task, whether you’re mapping out an itinerary or creating an AI agent to plan the team travel to one of our wild estates.
Deeply passionate about nature and curious about how we can gather to connect with our landscapes.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with great time management.
Confident coordinating logistics and juggling multiple priorities.
Proactive, hardworking and resourceful - you find solutions to interesting problems.
A want to learn and grow in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Loves travel, new experiences, and the occasional challenge (or rainstorm).
Enjoys designing moments that inspire reflection, creativity, and fun.
Curious about people – what motivates them, delights them and connects them.
Confident communicator, building relationships and working with people at all levels.
And let’s be honest, you must be really nice too. Sharing snacks on long journeys or a packed lunch whilst out in the driving rain is mandatory!

ABOUT US
We’re building the UK’s first genuine Natural Capital portfolio - acquiring large landscapes, restoring them, and creating investable Natural Capital products like premium carbon credits, biodiversity units, renewable energy partnerships, and ecotourism experiences (you can check them out at Oxygen Escapes).
In just four years, we’ve grown to a valuation of around £300m with 50,000+ acres owned and helped connect over half a million acres for nature.
Our mission is simple: prove that restoring ecosystems can deliver transformative environmental, social, and financial returns.
Our work hasn’t gone unnoticed. In 2022, we were named Start-Up of the Year at the Business Leader South West Awards, followed by Team of the Year at the 2023 Edie Awards and our nature fundings agreement with Triodos won ESG Deal of the Year at the 2024 Insider South West Dealmakers Awards. Our founder and CEO, Dr Rich Stockdale, is featured in the ENDS Power List as one of the top 100 UK environmental professionals driving significant impact, and was shortlisted for Edie’s Leader of the Year Award in 2024.
